I reckon they plan TSV's much further in advance than that Autumn. I smell a rat here- have Q done to RCM what they did with cooking products? See what sells well then ditch it in favour of their own copy. "Red Carpet" /"Haute" hmmmmm.

Just watched the video and i wouldnt call it a one step system, u still had to do some faffing about, probably looks slightly easier than RCM but basically its a very similar system

Well I am still loving RCM.......I have nails that are all the same length and free edges!!

But I am just back from my honeymoon cruise :mysmilie_378: and had a Shellac manicure onboard and I am REALLY impressed with the coverage from just one coat of the colour, brilliant scarlet colour :up:

With RCM I need to do 2 or 2 coats of the colour, to get a good coverage.......so I will be interested to see the coverage with this system.

I'm on holiday in Majorca and so far my RCM has lasted 9 days (3 more days to go). I used a pale pink and have used a nail glue to stick the edges down where I thought they might lift. Looking forward to trying this new system.

Ok, my overly suspicious mind in overdrive as usual! Q have done this with other brands before- let the suppliers take all the risk to see if it sells well then when they have a winner they copy it and reap all the benefits. Wonder who took the hit for the RCM fiasco? RCM may have put it right but bet Q didnt take the financial risk.

think the QVC one will only have 2 colours - according to Jackies blog "The set comes with two great colours – a natural, nude shade called Ecru and a coral pink charmingly called Tickle! " (colours not inspiring me ) prefer the ones on the HSM site

I shall watch the presentation, but I won't be ordering. I have had my RCM system since the TSV in July last year and I am still very happy with it.

i am tempted. I like both the colours unlike the rcm I did not like the colours so it put me off buying the tsv.. this looks quicker as well but does it last will read the reviews on qvc us

I am quite happy to be tempted but.......

My nails with RCM are brilliant, for the 1st time in my 53 years, free edges, need filing to keep them a reasonable length, currently all the same length etc.

I am thinking its probably the 3 layers (more if I use a colour to get a good coverage)......what do others think????

Surely its the thickness that is stopping them breaking all the time, rather than some secret in the RCM????

Therefore the Haute system might be great for those with strong nails, but maybe us weak, splitting, pathetic nailed people :drunk: need the extra layers.

This is my random thinking, would love to know what others think!!
