Dear Bennetts. When you first started Rocks TV you used to be fun, and more importantly 100% honest and 100% transparent. I remember when you offered ungraded Tanzanite you would say things like ok this is not the best but it is the best for the price. You wanted to make lots of little bits of money. What made you totally change? From here it can only be one thing. Greed. Sadly it will back fire on you. I am sure bid didn't start out to be the liars they are today. Please Please Please stop now before it is too late.

Crikey Sweepie, you're right. Just had a flick to look, and there it is - subtle but definitely there. Is'nt it sad that most of us that loved Rocks when it first started have seen such a decline in all aspects of the company,I rarely watch and very rarely buy anything from them now but looking on the bright side I bought some really lovely pieces of jewellery at that time which I could'nt afford now at the prices its on sale for .I also have a box of nice silver pendants etc I put back for presents and often pop into the box for gifts for birthdays etc and I have a huge collection of rings I would'nt own otherwise so the Bennetts have done me a favour really because I really dont need any more jewellery and I'm saving loads of dosh to spend on my other passion handbags .

How interesting! On doing my usual morning flick through the channels I was just in time to hear Fiona apologise to those customers "who were expecting clearance". Sadly that's all I caught so missed any details, although I noted the sale signs were still under the logo. Now I've just looked again and even that's gone. I do hope they've been pulled up about it. xxxxxxxxx

It would be nice to think that they had been pulled up Argey. They will probably just come out with some cr*p, like they have cleared the £1.8 million of stock. Never let the truth get in the way of a good sale!

Buy on the web is back now. But you can't increase the quantity if you want more than one - it says Max Quantity is 1.

So I guess you now have to ring if you want multiples, even if they can take them out of your basket if you haven't checked them out.

It doesn't make sense to me.
