How to use:
Prior to using your new LightStim device, take a "before" photo of the areas you would like to target so you can track your progress with "after" photos every eight weeks
Cleanse and dry your skin, and for best results apply your LightStim Collagen Peptide Serum and/or other anti-ageing serums from your favourite skincare brands to the areas you’ll be treating
Turn the light on and place it gently touching your skin and hold it in that location for three minutes - most people use their light while watching TV or reading a book
Then, move it to the next targeted location and hold it there for three minutes, and continue this process until you have addressed all desired areas
Then apply your heavier skincare creams or moisturizers, or your SPF
