P&P and delivery times

I ordered 4 items from different on-line sellers on Thurs. 3 of the 4 were free p&p, the 4th charged £1.74.

One item arrived yesterday and the other 3 this morning.

QVC please note.

No postage and packing can be done for nothing. The other sellers simply build their costs into the price of the item you purchased.
Maybe that's what QVC should do to stop people moaning?

but do those other sites do the 30 day mbg? And yes, I know about "the letter" and the problems some people have had with high returns, but generally speaking, I would rather keep the mbg and if p & p was free, the prices would only go up to compensate. What I would like is a flat rate for the day, like some tv sites do, so however many items you buy, you would never pay more than a certain amount.

I order a lot online and from QVC. I find that QVC delivery times are as fast and sometimes faster than Amazon or other online shops. The P&P at QVC is high, but when you factor it into the over all price of the product, it is usually cheaper to buy on QVC.

No retailer can offer the best price 100% of the time, but the benefits of shopping with QVC like 30 return and live demonstrations add a lot of value to me as a consumer.
