How long have Q been doing automated phone calls telling you your refund has been actioned? I had my first one today

i have had them for a few months now... shocked me the first time i got one too... although i don't get one every time i return something, just now and then, usually i get an email.

It is typical of Q they instigate something but it only happens sometimes. As you say sometimes I get reminders of EPays or returns and not at other times so you don't know where you are with them. Of course that could be why they are 2nd.

Recently I haven`t been getting emails ..they should make their minds up ...either do it one way or the other but not both!!

I get this info by means of emails and sms.
