Refunds on faulty items

QVC have a lot to learn about refunds. I ordered something from eBay and the bottle arrived smashed, so was obviously damaged in transit. I contacted the vendor and sent a photo and asked if I could have a replacement.

Unfortunately it was the last one of that item and the money was back in my account within a few hours of my contacting them.

THAT’S the way to do it, QVC!
 
Regarding the refund of the postage you pay for returning items: If you return your items within the first two weeks after having received them, QVC also refund the postage. I don't know how it is within the UK, but I always have to remind them (and sending proof of postage), but they always refund the postage.
