I'm sorry and I don't mean to sound rude or anything but ALL brands can state they do not test on animals cause everything that we use, have used or might use in the future, has, at some point in the past, been tested on countless animals.

I bought Liz Earle products in the first place because they srtated they were not tested on animals. However I have the up to date buav booklet which has Liz Earle listed as belonging to a parent comkpany which is not certified and we now all know that Avon is that parent copany and they have a shocking record of cruel animal testing.I will never buy Liz Earle products again. She has no right to state they do no animal testing now. She has sold out and has no control as to what happens to the products.
