On QVC's website each page category has an photo as a header for that particular category.

So taday I was browsing looking for handbags. When I clicked on the Shoes & Handbags tab, and then on Handbags, up comes a picture at the top featuring 4 bags. A Kipling, a Lulu Guinness, a yellow bag and then a red one. Now this isn't a picture that you can "click" on - it's just by way of illustration.

Now I quite like the look of the red bag on the right of the picture - but can't find it listed anywhere on the site!

I've seen this happen several times on QVC's website - something has caught my eye at the top of the page and then when I go to look for it I either can't find it or it's sold out.

Surely they could make the pictures "clickable" so that you could see details of the actual item featured rather than wasting ages looking through the pages just to find it's not there! Or maybe take those particular pictures off if something sells out?

Sorry, moan over
