This reviewer ordered a Kipling bag but didn't like it so she's returning it but she found a shopping list inside so as she says, why should she pay return postage for a second-hand bag when she could have gone to a charity shop? Don't waste your teabags, girls, just leave your bus ticket or shopping list inside - we'll all know where it comes from.

Well poor old millymo should have complained about getting a second hand bag and demanded a free postage label for her return. They have no shame!

At least it wasn't a note asking for Help. Primark shoppers have found those in their clothes sewed in the labels.
