My Yankee Candle tsv arrived this morning, and one of the shades is broken, rang cs, but dont hold out much hope, if any one receives their's and decides to return as not wanted please let me know, as happy to pay for item and re- delivery to my address. thank you.

I did with a previous broken TSV when QVC were their usual helpless selves and said "send it ALL back AND it's out of stock, so we can't replace it".
YC were brilliant and sent me replacements immediately......they were brilliant!!
