With few men sending love letters, this old fashioned way of saying 'I love you' is facing extinction.

To help bring back old-fashioned romance this Valentine's Day, QVC has hired illustrator Kate Forrester to create a beautiful romance-inspired card to encourage you to send a love letter this year.

He'd keel over!

Poet Christine Miller will also be on hand to help anyone struggling to find the right words by penning verses on your behalf.

Anyone can send in the details of their special someone and QVC will arrange delivery of a personalised love letter for them in time for Valentine's Day.

Years ago, I sent a Valentine's card to Himself's work place.
It was signed 'From a Flame that continues to Burn ♥'
He said nothing.
A week went by, nothing.
On March 14th I handed him a cup of tea and said, "Here you go - from a flame that continues to burn."
