yes, well done Marina for getting a satisfactory solution
that is exactly what i would have insisted on, firmly but friendly

now with all the kerfuffle with the cock up
has anyone actually tried the mask
and do find it works well and do you love it, like i do ?

I tried the mask and love it so decided to use it sparingly, currently on any blemishes.
I also tried it on an old scar and it seems to have softened it in one application, so I’m using LG for the glow overnight as I’m in no hurry and keeping the mask as first aid. Although I was refunded the money I’d rather have two tubes for the price but I'm not complaining.
