I’d wondered about Charlie too. Glad to hear he’s coming back, he seems a genuine bloke with a good sense of humour, who doesn’t seem take it all so desperately seriously

I've seen it so many times, but I still fall about laughing, probably because of Charlie's uncontrollable laughter (although he did try to help her).

But a sad ending with her crying, and she never appeared again on QVC, so she was right when she said she would never work with Charlie again

I know I sound like a broken record but the rot started with the iPads, before that they had to fill time by talking about the product and the easiest way to do that was to know it’s ins and outs and to spend the time showing you the item including measurements.

I thought the same. She’s crying with laughter. I bookmarked that presentation years ago and still watch it and crack up every time.

I think she was very upset, and getting more so during the presentation BUT trying to laugh it off, and I think she was actually crying at the end when she wipes a tear away.

Wasn't there once a lawnmower demo with charlie where the machine chewed up everything .

I feel for the guests when it goes wrong. Sales jobs aren't nice.
