Neither a presenter nor a model could I be
To QVC’s products, I’m allergic, you see
Chocolate and Decleor I could not eat/apply
Because a humungous migraine would make me cry
Hormonal flushes rule out Kim’s and Tiana B’s clothes
Anything nylon I am full of woes
Kirks Folly glitter would itch me to death
A slave to my skin, E45 or Sudocrem I’d have to fetch
Neither sold on good old Q
Miss Ali can’t say about these “for you”
Mr. Christmas products hurt my eyes
Even Joan’s squashable sunnies can’t shield these “beauties” from my mind
Sterling silver goes black on me
I’d have to present/model rolled in a PreZerve Anti Tarnish wallet with FlexZorb, you see
And as for Birkies needing time to break in
Well my blisters wait for no one, sore feet are a sin
Carrying a KVZ or CL heavily embellished faux croc
I’d have muscles like Popeye and the Hulk to shock
Avoplex irritates my cuticles like mad
I know, now I’m sounding rather sad
With all my woe, there is an up-side you’ll agree
I am never tempted by any TSV
OTO’s or Love Surprises in fact

and knowing so much is a bit sad,
but you're among friends so be glad,
that TSV's aren't always bad (unless their Kim & Co)...
 
Thank you for the warm welcome everybody. Have been enjoying your posts for some time now and just had to join. Sadly a lot of the things I liked on QVC have now been discontinued, Models Prefer and Sue Devitt. I generally order for my daughter now, jewellery for special occasions or the occasional NN or Mally for me. Like a lot of you, I find a lot of the shows boring now and some shows are just overkill. Agree with you all, they really need to review their P&P charges, which are astronomical and a decision decider even on easy pay.
 
I'm in full flow now and beyond help, alas Paul McKenna has jumped ship too so no chance of a fist full of self help cd's there.

LD crystal files my nails hated
Flaking and splitting were not abated
Melatogenine caused a bright red rash
Headed for the bathroom sink in a dash
Ojon gave me spots
Around my hairline there were lots
GH Lip lift made mine sore
Gave me problems never seen before
And as for her primer
Dewy glow, no, a full faced greasy shiner
A hopeless case am I
But at least I try
This beauty game’s not a doddle
As I said before, I couldn’t be a presenter or model
I’ll stick with what I know
Stuck in a time warp, at least I show
The world a rash and spot free face
I will accept my lot, with good grace
And QVC will be the poorer
I won’t be a telephone caller
For lotions or magic potions
I’ve spent enough on hopeful notions
My selection from now will be
Something reliable, hopefully Post and Packaging free
