I was away for 3 months and did not use my RCM kit and hardly any other nail products. I have just started using it again and I notice that the gel is staying on my nails so much better. Any ideas as to why this is? Do you think it might be that before I often soaked my nails in acetone to remove the old polish and then within 24 hours applied the new gel and the acetone was still present in the nails consequently causing the new polish to peel? Not a chip after 8 days. Another thing is because my nails are fragile when not gelled, they were shorter when I applied the gel this time, could that be a reason?
