still no sbc tsv

ive still not had my sbc tsv.................................where is it. It was dispatched last thursday and it would seem by snail mail cos its still not arrived. when i rang cs yesterday they said they have up until this afternoon for it to arrive and if it hadnt to ring them.

am i the only person still waiting?

I didn't order the SBC TSV but what I did order (a smaller kit) arrived in less than a week and I am abroad. Have you checked your account online? It may have been returned to the depot for one reason or another.That has happened to me many times and always with good of this kind.
