The spiky roller underneath the bed is sold everywhere for a tenner, you just lay on it and roll!
When I see a useless contraption like this bed I think of how many are going to pollute the environment soon.

Gtech MYO Touch Foldable & Adjustable Massage Bed
Item Number: 402784
QVC Price £290.00
Todays Special Value Price £242.96
P&P £6.95

The Gtech MYO Touch Foldable Massage Bed is an at-home massager designed to help ease tense, tired muscles and relax your mind, featuring an automated foam roller that moves seamlessly along a track, underneath a soft contoured stand-alone canvas bed. Make yourself a priority with this fully adjustable massage bed and enjoy a personalised body massage every day in the comfort of your own home.

Lie back and relax - rather than holding the foam roller and doing the work yourself, simply lie back on the bed and relax while it glides along the track and massages your body. The bumps and grooves on the roller are designed to get into your muscles, smoothly and rhythmically pressing against your body through the canvas, helping to work away tension.

Personalise your massage - we all enjoy slightly different massages, which is why the MYO Touch can be fully personalised to what you need each time you get on the bed. First, choose the area you’d like to focus your treatment on, removable pegs slot into the grooves on the track, setting the path of the roller to either target specific areas such as the shoulders or calves, or the full body. Then, alter the tension of the bed with an easy to use cord and a simple adjustment handle on the massage unit, which determines how much the roller presses against your body through the bed, so you can choose a pressure that works best.

Long day? Whether using it for a relaxing wind down or to help ease tired muscles after a workout, this innovative massage bed is a fantastic home lifestyle solution that can be easily slotted into your daily routine. It comes with a user guide offering meditation exercises, as well as breathing and visualisation techniques, to complement the benefits of the massage bed itself - perfect for helping to melt away those everyday stresses.

Comfort is key - every aspect of the MYO Touch has been carefully thought out to encourage relaxation, from the soft canvas material that supports your whole body and the dipped footwell that aims to keep you in optimum position, to the quiet mechanisms and 15-minute safety cut off that means you don’t need to worry if you start to drift off to sleep.

Simple set up - easy to build and disassemble, simply fit the three-piece track together, slot the foam roller into place, line the lightweight bed on top, and enjoy a massage as soon as you want or need one! The speedy foldable design mean it's easy to tidy away and store too.

The possibility’s are endless at QVC, you can be whoever and whatever you want to be, for example take the TSV guest presenter Lucinda Grossmith (appropriately named) she’s now a health and wellbeing “expert”. Last time she was seen she was with Katy Pulloneover both of Bid TV fame selling all things crap, but now, she’s an “expert” on all things health and wellbeing, like Alison Young, another “expert” she doesn’t mention her qualifications, but hey if she says she’s an expert, she’s an expert. 🤔👍
