What's the point of the discount codes if they're not accepted on the web at the moment? There's a "technical problem".

Apparently CS are more than aware of this. If you order via the phone, the discount can be applied but they can't if you order on the web.

ARE THEY TELLING YOU THIS? NO.
IS THERE SOMETHING ON THE TV SCREEN WARNING YOU OF THIS? NO.
ARE THE PRESENTERS SAYING ANYTHING? NO

CS just say that they will send you a cheque for the discount. So that's a wait of 5 weeks or more - IF it ever arrives. :angry:

Totally and utterly useless.
 
Always the same story i just bought some earrings through the web and it says 1/2 price p&p will apear after you check out on the invoice, well it hasn't on the conformation email so i have emailed cs to check, i know its a very small amount but it drives me mental when they give you offers AND THEY NEVER WORK!!!!!!!
