help please! really not too sure how to use this as a treatment. LD website says "apply 2 thin coats as a treatment" but not how often to remove/reapply. anyone any ideas or info? thanks.

You seem to use it as a base coat under nail polish. So each time you remove your polish normally I would assume. The serum I have used and you just massage into the nail.

thank you. I have the serum which so far seems really good but I just wondered about the shield - if you should use it like OPI nail envy for example. I'm trying to have a break from polish for a while.
