I bought a cooks essential pan set a number of years ago and now most of the pans are sticking. Does anyone know how to return them? I think I will have to order a new set and then return them, unfortunatelt the set I fancy is waitlist.

I bought my DD this watch in white for christmas, but a stone has come out and the bezel has chanced colour. My OH managed to remove the extra links for her.

The narrow ones are too wide for me so I need straps that can be altered.

What is Emu oil? I was watching a beauty hour during the night and the woman said her foot lotions and potions had organic emu oil and I don't know what it is.

Did anyone buy this? I bought a white one for my DD and the white has gone pink the silver around the crystal bezel has gone bronze and now a crystal has fallen out! Somehow the receipt has been thrown away, so does anyone know if you can still return it without the forms? Thanks
