Interesting article. Have to say Bobbi Brown is the brand I keep returning to. I know I will always find what I'm looking for and it will always apply easily, and make me look natural. Her Bone eyeshadow and Nectar Shimmerbrick are my daily staples.

I bought her first book way back and she always had the real person not fussed about the holywood life style.

She was always about the yellow based foundation and powder, nude but warm eyes no shimmer or metallic on anyone over 25. Of course when EL bought the company they introduced the shimmerbricks etc and Bobbi does not like them(I was told this my a manager at a counter long ago), they are against her philosophy. But you sell and go with the float of the parent company.
