would love to go for the H20 but reviews are so bad , anyone going for it ???

No I have a belray which only steams floors. I also have a mini yello which I use to steam the toilet, plug holes etc. I think the belray may have cost £30 and the hello cost £15. Happy with having both

I've gone for it. Easy pays, accessories and free P&P swung it for me plus I wanted a purple one. Had a Vax which died after about 9 months so I thought I would give this a go.

I had a H20 and was very pleased with the way it cleaned my floors, but cant understand how they get away saying it cleans the grout in the bathroom as It made no difference.It blew-up after using it about 8 times perhaps because I live in a hard water area so the next one I buy will have to have a built in water softener can anyone recommend one.
