Have to say that is a great price for what’s in the collection. I’m a fan of LE fragrances. If Q promote this TSV it should do well.

I hope they are seriously looking at why people are no longer buying their TSV’s in the numbers they were….
nah they will just drop the brand if they keep going lower

NEWS UPDATE on the Instant Boost Skin Tonic

someone on twitter said "Glad this one is original formula. Not a fan of the new one" & Caroline quote tweeted the following "Well , I think that you’ll be very happy indeed with our big news, in a few weeks then"

TBH after the sales of the last few tsvs have been very bad they needed something to pick it up

It is hard to judge and really it is only Q and LE who know the details. They don't always say how many TSVs they had and how many have sold.

Read the reviews some people have said that they buy very very high end cosmetics even more exclusive than QVC sell. They can't tell the difference apart from the deep discounts. The micellar oil has 42 5 star reviews. The Extra rich face oil has 26 5* reviews. The Micellar cleansing oil is fantastic. The smell and texture are lovely to use. The facial oil is very very rich. which I love my skin is uber dry these days and I need this level of nourishment but it won't be for everyone. The smell is gorgeous. I bought them again so I wont be tempted to buy much skincare from QVC
can someone do a link pls? I am confused by the word 'pilot'. A trial product?

Ooh! Maybe they’ve had a rethink and are going back to the original? If that is the case, I wonder how many people would go back to them? It’s not Just the skin tonic…. Interesting..

Hmm, I don't know that people will go back. They destroyed the trust of their customers when they quite happily mentioned the bottle had changed to make it more eco friendly but deliberately omitted to say the formula had changed too. Once the trust has gone there is no going back.

Its a spelling mistake sorry I usually go over my rushed posts to check x

Also this is nice may well tempt me off L'Occitane if its good. MSFindItemsByKeyword
Been very naughty love Neroli. So bought the EDP, the shower gel and the body butter. The disapointment is with the EDP smells glorious but cants mell it after 10 minutes. what a drag.

Don't you think though that, reading between the lines, LE aren't selling nearly as many TSVs that they used to and that surely has to be because they altered all the formulas without widely broadcasting that fact. All their longstanding customers noticed immediately.

It's like watering down the whisky and hoping I won't notice ;);)🥃🥃

I think they are in trouble….

Constant sales on their website and in Boots, terrible reviews for TSV’s and a lot of long standing loyal customers leaving them.

Ive been stocking up on body wash and shampoo in the sales as I really won’t be surprised if the brand disappears

The thing with the brand, it started out as a reasonable priced brand with simple idea and products. Cleanse and Polish, Eye Bright, Instant Boost and moisturizer. Then came the body range, this was when Liz and her co-owners still there. Superskin which I actually really like, and the makeup was the last new ranges they introduced. They made the most fantastic, well for me, blush brush at only £12.50, and I still use it. Discontinued the counter staff had no idea why? I have not noticed the makeup for a long time on the counter in Boots so not sure if it had gone?

Been sold twice and each time the prices go up and up, endless, it seems new products added to the range.

People move on to other brands, which are more reasonably priced now and even better quality. I get this by reading comments on here. Liz Earle was always a cash cow for whoever owned it, as it has loyal customers. Who are now just moving on.

Agree.
Just a few really nice products that worked. One Cleanser that worked for everyone. No need to shell out a fortune, just a few basic products. That made it an affordable brand for a lot of people I suspect. I love the body wash and the superskin, but they were always additional to the basic range.

The makeup was lovely but all they do now is the tinted moisturiser which, surprise surprise reviews are saying has been changed 🙄

All the new products they are introducing don’t make up for the fact that the original products that the loyal customers have loved for years are no longer there…. and so it’s no surprise that long standing loyal customers are taking their custom elsewhere.

The Skin Repair is awful, really can’t stand the smell.

Dont know what’s going on with my Sparks card, I never seem to get any offers these days.
That is the reason I never liked the Skin Repair! Just hated the smell, I am okay with Superskin.

Sparks is a bit weird, I do get offers, but not as many as I used to I want the food offers but get Home Ware!

Boots Advantage now wants you to download the app to get discounts on certain products.

They said they had 15k today it has gone to Advanced Order.
