When you think about the wide range of brands, the number of “departments” and the value for money QVC had 10 years ago, it’s now a shadow of its former self.

Presumably they’re satisfied with the sales & profits they are now achieving with a much narrower range of products but at higher prices but I’m not sure how sustainable this can be. Are they relying on their current loyal customers being repeat buyers ? Are they managing to attract new high-spending customers ?
