Wonder if you had a faulty pump as I have no problems getting product out of the mask container. Easy to measure how much to use by the pressure on the pump. Don't want to waste anything at these prices !

I used Click Collect for an Amazon return, changed my mind just before xmas. It is not free as Amazon deduct £3.30 off your return. However, once scanned at the shop, Amazon email to say we are refunding (less the £3.30) so no waiting for it to actually get back to Amazon.

Just looking at images of the box on the net (I must be bored this afternoon!), the 15ml box has 2 yellow sprigs and the 50ml has 3. So it sounds like the pic shows the 50ml moisturiser :)

I am fair skin (fairly medium in BM), blonde highlights, would the blusher be suitable ? It looked pretty natural on the models, including the girl that wore porcelain, so thought if she can wear it so could I :)

I just had to watch the video again of the TSV so I could check out the hair ! When I saw it at midnight it totally distracted me from the TSV as her hair looked sooo bad ! Not sure if Ali has been on during the day to see if its just as bad ! I also thought the makeup didn't suit her, but...

Don't Q send out a pre paid label anymore if you contact them with something thats faulty ? Been a while since I returned something this way but at least I didn't have to pay and try and get it back ! Hope you get your postage refunded.
