Have just switched on Q as am working from home and need mindless bumpf for background. There is a clothes show on and,I kid you not, the GP just used the word "patternation".....WTH?!!! Omg she's just used it again!! Is it me? What is wrong with these people?! Grr!!

You know what gets me?

- calling the content/effectiveness of a face cream 'technology'.
For goodness sake! A computer is technology. A cream is a cream.

- 'emulsify it between your hands, then apply to your hair'
WHAT NONSENSE!!! Emulsification is where 2 liquids mix together to form a smooth liquid (no separation) what the QVC idiots mean is either 'melt' or 'warm' or 'spread out'.
