Hi

Have just had the QVC Philosophy pick of the day delivered today,on opening the parcel we find that the Amazing Grace hand wash bottle has spilt all over the contents,Qvc have offered a refund as the item is out of stock. This is a Christmas present so have declined.

Does anyone have an contact details for Philosophy only one I can find is in the USA.

On their website they have a customer care phone number rather than an address. There is a 'submit feedback' button though so that might be of use to contact them:

Sorry but that is a US number 1 in front of the 800 gives it away, they don't have a UK website as you can order from the US one. People buy thinking great deals then get hit with customs charges.

Yes I realised it's a US number that's why I suggested the feedback form. I didn't make it clear though!
