Superbalm vs Tiger Balm

Tiger Balm has been a favourite of many people for years and years. I was just wondering (haven't got time to check now) do you think that LE Superbalm is packed with the same (ish) ingredients?:wink:

wouldn't have thought so only because Tiger balm is more of a thraputic balm?

Doesn't Tiger balm have a warming sensation and is recommended for sprains and aches?
LE is more of a skin soother for sore and dry 'bits'.

My friend used to do kick-boxing classes and got through a heck of a lot of tiger balm for the bruises and aching muscles. Don't think Liz Earle makes any claims like that for superbalm. It's purely for dry skin I think.

she had to remove the tigers in case people had a cat allergy but it's the same product it's always been;-)

Tiger balm is also great for nettle stings and keeping midges away.
