You despair at times of Q's website!
Had a dispatch email for the LG TSV so logged into my account to see when it was shipped. Clicked on Order Status...according to the website there are no orders ( any orders was what I chose mind you) of that type!

I have this regularly, so I do what the IT crowd do and 'turn the computer off and on again' - sometimes it works and sometimes I have to wait hours. Still not sure if it is my cookies or the Qs website.
