Vault - Now you see it ... Now you don't

The quantity in the vault keeps going on and off the screen like a yo yo, very confusing.

Just a blip or not bring transparent . What ever the reason it didn't last long. Don't think its a blip they usually tell you if there are "gremlins". More like take it off and just not mention it.????
