My friend who has not shopped with QVC for so long that she thinks Bethlehem Lights are called Northern Lights, got a promo code from QVC with a letter saying "we missed you".

I have no idea if codes are unique to people QVC have a record of sending them to, but if anyone wants to try it for a discount (I think it's 10%) the code is

Yes, I used to get them. Usually £5 off an order if you hold out for a few more months you get £10 discount.

Its applied to the person's account, so not sure if will work for everyone. But if you want something give it a go.

All I ever got was the opportunity for 3-easy-pays. I've never used easy-pay so a pointless exercise.

I never get anything either, but tbh I barely watch Q anymore and there really isn't anything I need so perhaps if I Hold out a little longer they might miss me .... I won't hold my breath.
