I bought a Dyson handheld TSV a couple of years ago and I'm not impressed. There charge doesn't last anywhere close to 20 minutes and then it takes a full, four-hours to charge-up again.

I know what you mean..I got around it by vacuuming a little bit every other day. This kind of suited me. I have the V10 now and you can get away with a much longer clean as on the low setting it lasts an hour. I dont use it half as much as the older models. Maybe your cleaner is on the high setting which is around 5-7 mins. The lower setting is 20 mins.

I thought it was just me getting the Access Denied, very frustrating.
