I like the gold ones too, but I wouldn't be able to cope with those thin straps and a shoe that flaps about. They'd be lovely with a little ankle strap.

Ironic since I spent my summers in toe-post flip-flops, but I can't wear them these days. These would be a resounding no from me.

Six stunning designs - these fantastic flip-flops are the ideal choice whatever your style. For an understated look select neutral tan Brown, which has a dark brown footbed and pink faux-jewels; or you can add a subtle pop of colour to your look with the White or Blue options, which feature bright straps, gold-tone hardware and the blue has turquoise jewels. If you're looking for something a little more sophisticated however, go for Gold, Silver or Black - all featuring clear, faux jewels that emphasise the metal hardware.

How to wear - with stylish colour combinations you can team these flip flop with dozens of pieces already in your wardrobe. Choose a printed maxi in a similar palette to create a cohesive look for an evening party, or try teaming the monochrome shades with your favourite linen trousers to create a stylish daytime look, perfect for ladies who lunch.

Optimum comfort - for the first few days, we suggest wearing these for just a few hours at a time to allow your body to adjust to the level of support - they will feel very different to regular shoes. For half sizes, go down a size.

A name you can trust - the Ricci podiatrist-designed sandals contain a biomechanical orthotic footbed with deep heel cup that helps support and align the feet to their natural position. Recommended by the well-known M.D Dr Andrew Weil.

WHY do companies ASSUME what women wear ? clearly their market research surveys are rubbish. Few ladies of age I know wear toe-posts - there will always be exceptions, but most ladies have 'feet' which are too tender to take the constant rubbing between the toes. This TSV is very pretty and I'd love it without the t/posts, so its a no from me.

The same with earrings. Rarely can you find screw/clip on earrings and certainly not in a jewellers. The assumption again by manufacturers and designers that ALL women have pierced ears. We do not !!! I now buy packs of screw/clips from China and transform pierced earrings into ones I can wear.

Just watching Frankie modelling them and you're quite right it just makes her feet look scrawny and now on Sally they just look as if they offer no support at all! They barely cover the foot at all.

FORTY THREE QUID FOR A PAIR OF FLIP FLOPS????? Don't do it.

Edit: £48 quid, you're right. Daylight robbery.

There are umpteen pairs of Vionic toe posts on the Q website which seems bonkers for a brand that claims to focus on correcting foot problems. I can't see the point of trying to correct/support fallen arches when there's bugger all support in the whole shoe. And don't get me started on the prices...

Too late; I've started: I may be out of touch pricewise but my custom-made orthotics didn't cost 60 odd quid, but my foot specialist physio was happy for me to wear Birkenstocks as the insoles don't work in sandals. But these won't suit everyone; they suit me because I have unstable knees and ankles, so squishy soles are completely wrong for my needs.

And yet; I really wanted Vionics to work which is possibly why they sell. I ordered a Vionics TSV a while ago but the straps were weird and wouldn't allow my foot to sit straight on the foot bed; very odd. I returned them as faulty!

Just looked out of curiosity and I'm met with titty Sutton flashing the "girls" again and I've got to say that hairstyle makes her face look really long, more shocking than being met with Claire's knockers though is almost £50 for a footbed?! I say footbed because there's very little else to it, time to turn back now as the speed of talking is making my migraine worse, just QVC though trying to fit the usual four hours into one.

They seem to use Frankie a lot for open toed footwear. God knows why, she has the most awful feet, and really doesn't show the footwear at their best.

I also ordered those and remember the reviews on Q website when every one was complaining about the same thing.Put me off the brand for good.

Cannot see how these expensive flip flops can be supporting the foot in any way but I think the Vionic FMT label means they can up the price.

A TSV is often a buyer's first trial of a brand so you'd think they'd get it right but that TSV* Turandot and I ordered was truly abysmal. I could have bought a pair of synthetic flip flops from a supermarket for less than a tenner and they'd have been better!

*Here's that Vionics to avoid http://www.qvcuk.com/qvc.product.13... Service Email-_-Order Confirmation-_-P130138

Funny to note that they had them as a One Time Only (showing in the current online video) even then they couldn't shift 'em! http://www.qvcuk.com/qvc.product.13... Service Email-_-Order Confirmation-_-P130138
