Why do i bother with this channel?

Kevin has been trying to sort out quite a few problems that he has been landed with. He was wonderful with sorting a complaint for one of my family recently so I hope he helps you too hun.I am sure he is trying his best.

I don't mean to be rude when I say this but Kevin didn't sort things out before and I doubt he will do so now. I'm quite sure that he's helped out people in the past - which was his role - but for everybody that was helped there were people who weren't.

The problems are with TJC. Full stop.

I have never spoke to Kevin and it looks like i never will, i don't know whether the lady who promised to get him to call me Monday didn't tell him or he just didn't call but either way its very poor CS from tjc somethings just never change!
