I had a Beauty Day email this morning offering a link to web only easy-pay deals. Have looked at 2 of the products listed and neither actually offer it! Is there a promo code you need to use as well :confused:

Frm QVC CS I am sorry you have had trouble with the Promotional Code online; it appears there has been a slight issue with this. If you could call our Call Centre on 0800-51-41-31 they will be able to redeem the code for you.

My code doesn't work online either :( The email says it can be used by phone or online T&Cs say cannot be used with QCut or red button but do not say it cannot be used online. Ah well guess they've lost a sale then

I did and I received a letter today informing that the kit no longer came with a bag but still represented excellent value for money. Enclosed was a pre-paid label to return it if I wasn't satisfied

I just received mine today - was on waitlist. Had completely forgotten until I had the 'despatched' email this morning The bag was missing though - the picture on the website does not have a bag but the leaflet in with the products does!
