Account not showing up Craft Day TSV

Have just ordered the Craft Day TSV everything went through ok. I then like to check my account to make sure its there, but its not !!!! Has this happened to anyone else?:11:

Didn't have a voucher! Ouch!!:11: But rang CC and nothing showed up there either. So I gave it another try and it worked this time

oh no there must be a delay for some reason, but now im happy its showing up lol, it did take about half an hour to show though:11: its never done that before, hope you get it sorted

Its very frustrating but someone told me that if you clear your browser it does the trick. I just used mine and I do hope they have some nice things on easy pay on beauty day.

This has been an problem for a while now, the same thing happened to me in July
