Someone from Liz Earle just rang to say that following feedback from myself - AND OTHERS - they have changed their policy and are now ready to exchange or refund my purchase (concealer - this thread moved on).

@Mink Good on ya for bringing it to our attention. LE was my first-ever purchase from Q and my face was zitty/red pimples within 2 days, and I was on antihistamines. Returned and never tempted to retry. Must have been a flurry of activity in the corporate offices with the TSV next week. It really is good to share our knowledge. Hip-hip-hooray!
