Do you trust what you're being told?

well, i've trusted R&C all the way, i have had two padparadscha sapphire pieces checked (one from Gems TV and one from R&C) - the padparadscha from GemsTV had been BE Diffused - i'm not happy, but on the positive side of things, the R&C piece is a genuine padparadscha sapphire. Had this done a few months back, because of all the craziness between the quality of items at GemsTV, goes to show i'm not buying from them again!

What method did they use to test them and do you mind me asking how much it cost you? Was it the Assay Office/Safeguard you sent them to? Just interested as I have a sapphire ring I'd like tested.

I hope you don't mind (and I don't doubt you for a second) but I can honestly say that I doubt VERY much that the Rocks and Co Pad is genuine and untreated. Would you be kind enough to post up the Laboratory certificate that confirms it's (a) a Padparadscha and (b) untreated? Of course, hide all your personal information if there is any on the certificate. You will appreciate perhaps from seeing other threads that actually having a gemstone graded as Padparadscha is a feat in itself and, from my experience of seeing certified Pads, I can hand on heart say that none I've seen on Rocks and Co would be certified as such.
