Elemis TSV 07/09/14

PCMC is nice but it did not make a big difference to my skin when I used it. I am using the SBC collagen face cream at the moment and it is a 100ml jar so will last me ages so I am being sensible and resisting this TSV.

I got a sample of the serum in the post as well, just used it and like it a lot, has a lovely smell and texture to it, I don't need the Tsv but certainly would like to get the serum at some point :thinking:

Okay heads up people about the auto delivery.

Someone on Facebook has received a letter from QVC stating they cannot fulfill her auto delivery as not enough stock. It has been cancelled. She is not happy as expected, if they accept auto delivery then they should know how many kits they need.

I would phone CS if yours is showing awaiting stock.

I can't believe the number of times I hear about this AD malarkey now. It is very poor show and as said above, once the orders are in they know the exact numbers they need. However it is also Elemis who are at fault having failed to deliver the goods. Have the people on Q Facebook page also complained on the Elemis page?? I assume they have one

No idea to be honest, just spotted the one one QVC page and quite a number of replies about this happening all the time with other brand ADs.

I phoned and got the same old flannel Elemis haven't sent the stock in time, Elemis may have had insufficient stock, a letter has been sent out blah blah blah

Keeley post last night that all of the AD stop had. Wen sent to QVC so there was no problems at Elemis end
