Delivery times

I Just noticed this on their website -

Delivery questions
10. How long is delivery time?
For mainland UK, we aim to deliver your items 5-7 working days from the time we have authorised your credit/debit card details or your cheque. However, some items do take a little longer due to their size and weight, and may take up to 30 days to be delivered.

I have never heard them mention 30 days on air, has anyone else?

I think that applies to items straight from the manufacturer - like pcs tvs etc. Plants are often longer delivery times too.

I have heard 10-15 for plants and computers.
