I found mine when I was moving 3 years ago and chucked them in the bin. Wasn't working and straps had snapped.

You don't need it insured for delivery, it's not yours till it's delivered, if it goes missing or is damaged it's for TJC to sort out. TJC will now doubt have an arrangement with the carrier for loss of parcels or damage to their contents. The only time you would worry about insuring a delivery if you already owned the watch and were selling/sending it to someone else.
