I have known it to go the other way, though. I once received 2 pots of superskin moisturiser when I had only ordered one.

I've had one or two happy incidents. I'm very much a believer in Karma.
This reminds me of an similar situation my DD had in Asda when she brought a hand held games console (over £150) and when she opened the box at home all it contained was a can of sweet corn.
We had to move heaven and earth to get the console as Adsa wouldn't accept any responsibility for the box not containing what it should have . In the end it took 4 weeks and dozens of calls and emails involving solicitors trading standards and Nintendo. and some VERY GOOD ADVICE from my "friends on here.
She did get her console but no apology from Asda.
I do hope you have better luck with good old Q
