I've never understood why this message crops up almost every day in the "items from last 24 hours".

Of course they know what the show was, it just seems to me that they can't be bothered to type it in.

It just shows a contempt for their customers, IMO

It's only started happening in recent months, I suspect it's another symptom of the issues they have with their website. Sometimes clicking a second or third time brings up the show details. The whole site seems to be grindingly slow and temperamental and frankly out-dated. The number of times the item on air isn't viewable on the website, coming up with the "phone customer services" message is a joke.
