Oy! I really like him. I expect he plays up for the cameras a bit. See also Claude. AS came from humble beginnings & work/hustled hard. He does seem all money & less customer experience, however.

It is also questionable Q selling the handcreams at £32.50 when L'Occitane themselves sell the fragranced shea handcreams for £22.00
