I don't really like matching sets, just too organised for me! Keep the bracelet and wear it with diamonds?

Sacha - I had checked BKK and also did an online search whilst having heart palpitations on Saturday so thought the price (albeit the diamond quality stated isn't great - but I now think incorrect) was probably good. I'd also championed the opinions of MissM and also Ooops (another RS expert) but not M4G because I'd read she was legging it around the Race for Life. All the experts have said "Meesh, it's a good deal" and I admit, I think it is BUT I'm sooooooooo not an RS expert.

Interestingly, I agree with all those who think that the bracelet looks better with the diamond ring. To me, the RS ring cheapens the look somehow. It wasn't noticeable until I put the two side by side and had I not done that, I would have happily worn the RS ring and bracelet together. Now? I don't think I will. I also don't ever wear the RS stuff I already have so the chances of the ring getting an outing over a diamond piece is remote. I may take a few days to think but I'm pretty sure I know where I'm heading with this one.

Thank you all to you lovely peeps for commenting and helping me to make a decision. Please keep your ideas/thoughts coming ..........

Meesh x

I'm with Sacha, on those occasions I'm wearing a matching bracelet and ring, I wear them on opposite sides. xxxx

Oh and I forgot - I do hope my mate Brian has logged in and is having a sneaky look! Brian I hope you approve hun. xxx

Did you call???? As someone who loves her RS, and wears them all together, I think you've got a good deal on the bracelet, I do see what you mean about the colour blend, but be honest, who's going to notice? :4:

Hi, I wondered if any of u would be kind enough to take a look at my post in 'bling' i have had no response there. If u have a minute please.

Decision made I think! Bracelet stays. Ring goes back!

I didn't like the necklace - I haven't quite converted to RS that much :giggle:

Good decision, no i wasn't keen on the necklace (as it wasn't rainbow style) but it just shows what a good price your bracelet was same price but 6 carats more beautiful cuts and rainbow graded lol

Meeshoo, I don't think I've ever known you so indecisive.

Are you thinking about keeping it because you really like it or because it's such a good deal?

(Forgive me if I'm being a bit blunt )

Fluff, this is because this isn't the real 'Meesh'. The original 'Meeshoo' doesn't like fancy sapphires, hates pink and is always decisive. What have you done with her? :lolwave:

Bit late coming to this Meesh but I just wouldn't pay that amount of money for 9ct I'm afraid, imo it cheapens the piece. However, it is a very pretty bracelet and if the money isn't a huge problem to you and you love it so much then you have to keep it hon because you will regret sending it back. It always puzzles me though why people have to ask this question because if I have any doubt about any piece of jewellery it has to go back. Mind you I have been known to re-order the same thing again........:Whistling: :pPC:

Meeshoo i've just been thinking please don't take this the wrong way but didn't you have a RS bracelet made by Trent and not wear it so you sold it on? are you 100% sure you will wear this one? beacuse it is alot of money if you don't.

 Oopsy .... will have to send out a search party for her.

Will the real Meeshoo please step forward?

I've just been laughing with Ooops about this on email. I think the swine flu has altered me. I'm buying pink stuff (never done that before), looking at RS sapphires and can't make my mind up about ANYTHING! I am officially Meesh v.2

To answer your questions .........

Sue, yes, totally agree with everything you say. The 9ct doesn't bother me because it's a bracelet and 20g so it works out evens Stevens!

Fluff, that's the $94,000 question and there's nothing to forgive BTW! Actually, I very rarely see something on air and think OMG I have to have that. This was one of those moments and I DO love the baguettes. The price helps - and so does the easy pay.

GC, yes I did. The reason I didn't wear the one that Trent made for me was because it was rigid, like a bangle and I wasn't expecting that when I commissioned it. As I don't wear bangles and don't like the feel on my wrist, it never got worn. It was a phenomenally good deal and well crafted but just not "me" because of that.

Ooops asked me earlier "will you wear it?". Honestly? Who knows! Do I wear my PTs often? No. Do I wear my Tanzies often? Not really! and I could go on and on and on! That's the essence of my indecisiveness actually. If it was £299 it would be a no brainer. It'd be staying at Chateau Meesh forever. As it's £999 the decision is a lot harder.

It's a beautiful bracelet Meesh, but to be honest, if I had as many misgivings as you, then it would go back.

Good luck deciding :lol1:.

But Sue, Adina says that owning one of these "is a lifetime achievement"! <a href="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fwww.smileycentral.com%252F%253Fpartner%253DZSzeb008%255FZNxpt484YYGB%2526i%253D5%252F5%255F5%255F1%2526feat%253Dprof/page.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/5/5_5_1.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D5%252F5_5_1%2526uiv%253D3.0/image.gif"></a>
