This morning I received a reply to the email I sent on Saturday
Thank you for your email dated 19th December 2009 relating to treatments carried out on several products that you have purchased from Gems TV.
I have passed this information to our team in Thailand requesting the individual treatments used on these products. as they have to search through a vast amount of products within the archives it may take several days to get a response. I will respond to you in due course.
At least it was a speedy response but have a feeling I won't have any anwers until the New Year.
I've had a very nice email from Andrew apologising for his delay in replying and promising to get me the missing required information "very soon", as well as investigating all the further item codes relating to my Alexandrites.
